Chile’s Indoctrinate seems to be a fair new act, but it is in fact a continuation of Sadistik Goathammer, a bestial Black/Death act who released 2 demos and 3 splits, one of them with Hammergoat…let be honest, it would be a damn shame if a Goathammer and a Hammergoat wouldn’t release a split!
With Sadistik Goathammer vocalist/bassist H.O.E.V. captured the savagery of acts like Blasphemy, Sarcofago and Abhorer while with Indoctrinate the focus is more on the occultish aspect. But still on the Black/Death path paved by the former entity yet less chaos in both sound and riffs.
H.O.E.V. and Indocrtinate doesn’t bring a special dish towards the consumer, but fans of the specific style will have some enjoyable spins with this one. (Ricardo)
