Sometimes you could be mistaken by a band when it’s referred to a well-known track by a big band, but this time the influences are spot on. Motörhead is here the main one and also Venom comes by.
Digging more into their sound and the information about this band makes clear they like to create this kind of music with the needed alcohol intoxication – at least I read lot of reference to this. Hereby I don’t call the musicians alcoholics, but this music is best absorbed with a bottle of whisky or a giant beer in hands. Track titles as “Alco Commando Dirschau”, “Divorce Case 666” (no, the Devil has nothing to do with complex women)and “Your Mother is in Hell” (with an intro about cocks, a mother and oh yeah, again cocks) outlines the fact that it hasn’t to be that serious and difficult for these guys.
To conclude: nothing new under the sun, better listen to Lemmy if you want your dose of Rock ‘n Roll. If you want to give your brain a 35 minutes break then this will go in smoothly. Nice album cover in my opinion by the way. (Fredde)
